Return Refund & Exchange Policies
At Oktoberfest Outfits, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return policy carefully before placing your order.
- This return policy is valid within 14 days after delivery of your order. After 14 days, we will not be able to accept any return or exchange request.
- Returns are only accepted if the product is:

If you receive a defective product, you must contact our support team within 14 days and provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photos/videos of the issue
- A brief explanation of the defect
- After reviewing your request, our team will contact you via email with return instructions and the warehouse address.
- Customers must dispatch the returned item to the warehouse address provided by our support team.
- Do not send products back without confirmation from our team.
- Customers are fully responsible for all return shipping charges and return handling costs.
- Oktoberfest Outfits will not cover or reimburse return shipping expenses under any condition.
- Returned products may be sent to different warehouses depending on the product origin. Our products are shipped from warehouses located in:
- UK
- Germany
- China
- USA
- Austria
- UAE
- Pakistan
- Once the returned item reaches our warehouse, the warehouse team will inspect and verify the product condition.
- This inspection process may take approximately 10–15 business days.
- After warehouse inspection, our online support team will review the case and make the final decision regarding return approval.
- Products must be returned in:
- Original condition
- Original packaging
- Unused and unworn condition
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Wrong size selected by the customer
- Change of mind
- Ordering a different product later
- Minor color/shade variations
- Small design differences
- Personal dislike after delivery
- Please ensure you choose the correct size before placing your order.
- If you require another size or different product, a new order must be placed.
- Slight differences between the actual product shade and website images are normal, especially with authentic suede leather products.
- Natural suede leather may appear slightly different under sunlight or lighting conditions.
- Therefore, returns based on minor shade or texture differences will not be accepted.
- All products are considered final sale unless they are defective due to manufacturing or production issues.
- Due to the business nature, we are seling festival outfits, If a product becomes out of stock after purchase, Oktoberfest Outfits reserves the right to update or replace the product with a similar available design/product without prior notification.
- The replacement product may contain slight differences in design, color tone, accessories, stitching style, or minor details compared to the website images.
- Since all sales are final, customers cannot claim refunds, returns, exchanges, or disputes based on these minor product differences or stock replacements.
- If a product page remains active on the website but the exact design becomes unavailable in stock, a similar matching product may be shipped to complete the order.
- Gift cards are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
- Returned gifts may be eligible for store credit or a gift certificate after approval from our support team.
- By placing an order on our website, you agree to all terms mentioned in this Return Policy.
Refund Policies
- The 50 percent of original buying price will be issued in case your returned item is not in its real form, such as, because of any damage or parts missing.
- Partial refunds are maybe applicable on products sent back after 14 days, as illustrated before. Nevertheless, we will first evaluate the case.
- Partial refunds may also be possible for discounted products and gift cards.
- We will notify you via email about the item receival and examination as well as approval or rejection.
- We will apply refunding to your original payment method.
- We will process the refund as soon as possible. Nonetheless, if you still have not received the payment, communicate with your, for instance, credit card company. In case nothing works, you can contact us again.
Exchange Policies
- We can exchange your products in case of any damage or defect.

All sales are final and the item can only be exchanged if it is defective because of mistakes made during the shipment, as illustrated before.

Tariff and Govt Duties
Oktoberfest Outfits Trachten products, which are German-originated, are merely sold online. There is zero presence of our physical stores from where customers can purchase items. Besides, our warehouses are located in Germany, Austria, China, Pakistan, and UAE. Hence, international orders are subject to tariff charges, customs duties, or import taxes. The customers, as importers, are responsible for paying these fees upon delivery. We will not be accountable to pay any of such charges.
For U.S. customers, please note:
If customs duties or tariff charges are not paid and the parcel is returned due to this reason, we will not be able to issue any refund. All sales are considered final from our side. This is because we will also be charged return shipping costs, which we cannot be held liable for. These are original German products, and it is commonly understood that such international items are subject to customs clearance and import duties.
We want to clarify that we only charge for the product and shipping. We do not collect any extra taxes or duties from our customers — these are strictly levied by local authorities.
Currently, this condition applies only to orders from the United States. Customers from other countries generally do not face such issues.
